Screening

Screening is required for all new clients. A selfie with your ID (only your name and date of birth visible) works best, but I can also verify through LinkedIn or a work email. Your privacy is always respected, and any information you share stays confidential.

Deposits

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment for in-person appointments if we haven’t met before. This helps me manage my time and screen seriously. The deposit will be applied toward your total donation. Thank you for understanding. Deposits may be paid with Cash App or Venmo.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. With enough notice, your deposit can be applied to a future appointment. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will forfeit the deposit. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future appointments.
